By creating an account or using Tyxo ("we", "us", the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
3. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change at any time. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
